A Choco-holics Dream...

Labour Day BBQs are a bittersweet time - good food and great company, but summer is drawing to a close. Cheer up! The good weather is not yet gone (at least not in our city) and you can still stay outside till past 8. Have a look at our latest creations, vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with Mango Frosting and a double chocolatey, fudge cake! Tomorrow we'll be baking some super sweet cookies for a client, check back soon to see how they turned out!

Cakes, Cakes, Cakes!!

We've been baking up a storm this week and we're anxious to show you our most recent creations! This cake is fresh out of the oven! The top tier features a lemon cake filled with Swiss raspberry buttercream and the bottom tier, chocolate cake filled with decadent chocolate ganache. Of course it's decorated with our delicious homemade buttercream icing and fondant! Yum.

Just In Time For Summer!

Don't have a green thumb? Have no fear! No dirt or water needed - well perhaps some milk to wash them down! These sugar cookies are made to look like seed packets with the help of edible wafer paper! They are completely safe, made with FDA approved vegetable ink! Yum!
